EUCA Network 1st Event

24-25 April 2025 - Brussels, Belgium

We are very excited to share that the inaugural event of our EUCA Network will be held at the premises of the Université libre de Bruxelles on 24 and 25 of April 2025! The EUCA Network aims to promote collaboration among established organizations in Centralised EU-funded projects, such as Programme Horizon Europe, Alliances For Innovation, CERV, Interreg Europe, Interreg Euro-MED Programme.

The first event in Brussels will delve into three key thematic areas:
- Technology-driven Sustainability
- Health & Mental Well-being
- Social Cohesion

1st day (24th Arpil)

We successfully launched Day 1 of the first EUCA Network event with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic engagement around EU centralized actions.

The afternoon featured in-depth sessions on navigating EU funding mechanisms, hands-on concept note development aligned with our key policy pillars, and impactful networking moments — including a structured speed dating session fostering new connections.

We thank all participants from all around Europe for their active engagement and valuable contributions. As we move into Day 2, we look forward to building on this momentum to drive forward impactful EU-funded initiatives.

2nd day (25th Arpil)

Day 2 of the first EUCA Network event built on the strong momentum from Day 1, offering participants a deeper look into the evolving landscape of EU funding and fostering continued collaboration on impactful project concepts.

The day featured trend-spotting around future EU funding opportunities, intensive group work on concept note development, and two energizing speed dating rounds designed to strengthen partnerships and ideas.

The event concluded with a thoughtful closing session, where participants shared reflections, discussed follow-up initiatives, and aligned on next steps.
